Shipping Policy

Welcome to ForDogs! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please read the details of our shipping policy below.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional & rural areas: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays or weather.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter for updates!

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Use this to track your package on the courier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information for updates.

  2. Contact the courier directly if delays occur.

  3. Contact us at fordogs.au@gmail.com for assistance.

Please note, ForDogs is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” but lost or stolen.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at fordogs.au@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee changes after the order has shipped.

Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender

If your order is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional postage costs may apply).

  • If you choose not to reship, a refund will be issued minus original shipping fees.

Authority to Leave

If you provide Authority to Leave (ATL) instructions at checkout, couriers may leave the parcel in a safe place without a signature.
ForDogs is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery with ATL.

Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You may be entitled to a refund or replacement if your product is faulty, significantly delayed, or does not arrive.
