Thank you for shopping with ForDogs. We’re committed to getting your dog snacks delivered to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for more details on how and when you’ll receive your order.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or delays, we will contact you directly via email.

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Delays or Issues
We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or other courier services once the package has been dispatched. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at fordogs.au@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at fordogs.au@gmail.com.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
