30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In the same condition you received them
• Unworn or unused
• With original tags attached
• In their original packaging

How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us at fordogs.au@gmail.com. Returns must be authorised before sending. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions once your return is approved.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at fordogs.au@gmail.com if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
• Custom or personalised products
• Personal care items
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. This is the quickest way to get what you want.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
